I. General Rules

1. Registrations
Bulfleet is an online game. Registration in it is completely free and the only condition is to accept the current rules.

2. Accounts
2.1. Every player can have up to one account in a Universe*
2.2. If an account changes its owner, the new player must change the name of the account.
If he can't do it, the account must stay in Vacation mode until there is a way to change its name.


* A player, who has registered 2 or 3 accounts, each of them in different Universes, is not defined as a violator of that rule.

3. Time
Every player has the right to be online in the game for not more than 20 hours in one full day. There is a timer for an aid which counts the time spent in the game. The timer resets every day at 00.00

II. Restrictions and punishments
1. Multi-accounting 
The multi-accounting means a registration of more than one account in the same Universe by one player. This is highly forbidden and is punished by deleting of all accounts made by the violator.
If more than one user enter the game using one and the same IP they must prove that they are different people. A special attention will be applied to confirm that the default options are not used when the IP of many accounts match. Cooperative attacks on a side player or attacking between accounts with the same ip will lead to a force (Vacation) mode until further notice.

2. Babysitting
Cooperative use from multiple users of one account is punishable, but with this notice: Every account, which is online for more than 20 hours on a particular day will be checked and if a babysitting by multiple users will be discovered, the account will be punished for 10 to 30 days (Vacation mode)), on a second violation the account will be deleted without warning. If there is a doubt of babysitting the account will be forced to Vacation mode until clarification of circumstances. Every login and every IP are being tracked and the date written into a log file. According to this rules babysitting is forbidden and is punished by this way:
On first doubt the account of the creator and the babysitter are punished by two days. During this time they must contact the administrator and to present an explanation. If this doesn't happen the accounts are being deleted. If they give an explanation, which discharges them the punish is removed and their game resumes.
On second doubt the accounts of the creator and the babysitter are punished by ten days and reducing their fleet by half without falling in resource points. The violators again must contact the administrator during the punishment mode and to give an explanation.
On third doubt the accounts of the creator and the babysitter are being deleted without a notice.

3. Bugs and frauds in the system of the game
3.1 If a player discovers a bug in the game, he must immediately alarm the administrator. For using and not alarming the administrator of a bug, the player is punished by deletion of his account.
3.2 If a player uses a reported but not fixed bug, the player is punished by reducing his fleet by a half of the current without affecting his resource points.
3.3 If a direct login of another player account happens without the knowledge of the owner, in other words hacking or changing something in the game of other player, the violator is punished by account deletion
3.4 If there has been discovered a way to hack the system, or there has been a deliberate try of flooding the servers, as well as manipulating the code of the game, the violator is punished by account deletion*
3.5 If there is a way to go around the rules written here the administration investigates, examines and punishes individually every case.

* The administration of the game keeps its right to seek quittance for the damage done and restore the administration expenses.

4. Bots
Bots are called the automatic programs under any form, simulating activity in an account. Using of any bots is highly forbidden and is punished by :
On first doubt of using bot the player is checked and if there is a prove of cheating he is punished by deletion of his whole fleet without changing his resource points.
On second doubt for using bot the player is punished by account deletion.

5. Flooding
Flooding means to send resources from another account without any resources sent back. Flooding doesn't include just a simple resource transport, but includes this few examples:
- Sending resource to a planet from which it can be picked up by many attacks;
- Attacks by a smaller fleet with the aim to create recycle, which is being picked up by a big account and isn't given back to the attacker;
- Other ways in which an account sends resource without nothing back (trade).
5.1 A transport of recycle is allowed only by the owner.
5.2 A one time help to another player is allowed if the resource is given back in one week and warning of the administrator.
5.3 A trade is allowed on rates close or the same like in the Trade Center and the resource must traded at the same time.
5.4 All other not mentioned cases of exchange or help with resource between players is treated as cheating and is punished.
5.4.1. On first doubt the account of the flooded and the flooder are punished by two days. During this time they must contact the administration and give an explanation. If this doesn't happen the accounts are punished by reducing their fleet by half without changing their resource points. If they give and explanation which discharges them the punishment is removed and their game resumes.
5.4.2. On second doubt the accounts of the flooded and the flooder are punished by ten days and reducing their fleet by half without changing their resource points. Violators again must give an explanation during the punishment mode.

6. Rampage and Robbery
Any kind of rampage and threat (physical, in compare to "virtual life"), which are targeted to other players may lead to limited or unlimited account block of the violator. This block also affects the forum*.
*On the address http://bulfleet.com/rude.php anyone can see the time and the reasons for punishment of a given player.

7. Intentional Flood
Intentional Flood with the aim to disable the normal work of the telephone or slowing down the game of another player may be reported on the address http://support.bulfleet.com, in the forum or the mail of the game (info@bulfleet.com), or to the guides in the game. The punishment are as follows:
7.1 On first fault the account of the violator is blocked for 48 hours with allowed attacks on it.
7.2 On second fault the account of the violator will be deleted.

8. Advertisement
Any kind of unauthorized advertisement in the information tables or Union/player information under any aspect is forbidden.
III. Reports*
1. Reports of players
Report of a player for any kind of frauds are made in the forum, the mail (info@bulfleet.com) or on the address http://support.bulfleet.com .
If the report is misleading with the aim to punish an enemy player, the reporter takes the punishment, which would take the reported player if there was a proof of his guilt.

2. Reports on administration
On reports of cheating and frauds from the administration, a player or group of players have the right to request a full check. This kind of request can be only asked in the public forum of the game. If there is a proof of guilt, the violator will be punished by removing all his rights and deleting the account.
*All request will be examined by the administration only if they are written in grammatical Bulgarian or English.

IV. Reports
1. Reconsideration of an administrator's decision
Acts, made by a moderator can be canceled only by an administrator.
2. Reparations
2.1. If a player suffers from a program bugs or administration mistakes, he can request a restoration or a recover backup of his game.
2.2. If a player tries to round an administrator's decision through contacting another moderator, the player is punished by expelling from any kind of game whatsoever.
3. Objections
Every objection against the rules can lead to punishment of the account or ban from the game. Depending on the fault the punishment may be extended to all Universes and even further services including Bulfleet Forum and mIRC channels. Members of the Bulfleet team are agreed to punish such actions according to their experience
4. Undescribed Cases
The administrators in the game keep their right to punish everyone which they think is violating the rules in an undescribed way.
